"The PaperCha$e" is rapper Cha$e Dollar$' freshman mixtape release featuring new upcoming rappers and producers. Its hard, lyrical, clever, brutally honest and surprisingly catchy. A must hear for anyone longing for some good ol' hip hop music.
Its been a looooong trip to get to this point but the mixtape is finally here and I must say, I approve. 19 hits, no skits, so download it and be sure to come back to tell me what y'all thought of the compilation.

Twisted Comix isn't dead or on Hiatus, its a web comic. Whatcha expect? Lol, nah I'm just messing with y'all. I was contemplating on where to go next with the strip. I should put up some polls or something. So cuz y'all people rather not read huge sections of text I'll break down whats been going on in the life of Twisted Comix.

Lol I am so late with this news but whatever, December 4th, 2008 was my first showing in a gallery ever! Even cooler, A choice selection of Twisted Comix was on display for all to see and auctioned off. My work along with other alumni from the Center for Art's Career Development program was showcased to show our talents and help raise money for our alumni organization.

LipGloss Magazine Along with being webmaster, writer, illustrator, colorist, and web designer of Twisted comix (...and y'all wonder why I never update) I took on another job thats kind of close to me in a girly way.. I designed the http://www.lipglossmagazine.com/ website and also a few pages in the magazine itself. I was art director for the zine and had a hand in recruiting some awesome talent like my homegirl from across the nation http://gypsydancer17.deviantart.com/. Did I mention Twisted Comix also has its own page in the back? Yep, I just did. Check it out if you're literate and if your not it still has pretty pictures.

Since I kinda covered this in my Newgrounds Post I'll just copy and paste... I'm so lazy, but efficient!
It may be weeks since the New York Comic Con but I still had to post the news of what went down. This year I had a table (well half a table) and I stayed there the whole weekend promoting my rarely updated but still hilarious webcomic, Twisted Comix!
I met SOOOOOOO many cool people. Including the editor for this cool site, http://www.poptimal.com/. Check the lil advert thingy they asked me to do. lol I look and sound stupid, I know.
Oh wellz.. at least it was an experience. I did a few interviews including the one for this cool documentary by Nathan. Check out his page for more info on that. I had to shout out Yung Jazz and Mindchamber and I think Buzzwerd too.. Just some real cool artists that keep me inspired and interested in the flash movement.
Speaking of Mindchamber; MC, Luis and El Presidente came by my table with some cool NG shwag and goodluck wishes. Thankz guyz.
I also signed autographs (lol me?) and gave out HUGE amounts of free stickers and buttons. Besides slavin' at my table for the whole weekend I walked around the con and got tons of free stuff from comics to t shirts. Too bad I didn't get to take pix with the Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles.
*Fun Fact: I didn't sleep Saturday night so I did the whole Sunday alone working off of zero hours of sleep and I also brought my lil cousins along with me that day. Yeah, you got it. I love punishing myself.

Long story short I'm published in an actual factual comic book! Go buy it!!
Long story, fellow animator Hans Van Harken was starting his own comic book publishing company and his first planned project was a collaborative comic book consisting of different artists from around the world. I contacted him about it since I already had a comic featured on his website and he gave me to okay that I could join.
From there I quickly procrastinated and sent him my random page made up of a number of brand new one panel Twisted comix in the wrong dimensions. He was cool about it and my page came out Tony the Tiger GGGGGreat!!! So be smart and buy this comic!! Aside from my page; the book is full of prttyful pages of interestingly strange and wonderful creativity from an array of artists that you need to get to know.
Heck if I know..just kidding. More comix comin soon and some cool animations that should have been released a looong time ago. The store is stocked too I just have to open it for y'all nice ppl. theres going to be shirts, stickerz, buttons, commissions and I think...BELTS and other cool stuffz! Can y'all barely contain yall selves? I know I can't.
Helloo People! Twisted Comix is under renovations after I got a few comments on how messy the layout was. It was my original intentions to make the site looks messy and well "twisted" but heres a more user friendly page. Its easier on the eyes and focuses on what the people come to see, the comix!
Everything has its place on the main page but be patient for the other pages, I'm still working on that. Soo.. yeah, the site is almost done. Stay tooned.

Well people, Twisted Comix came in 4th place and as we all should know 4th place is no where near winning. But in light of this lost I'm still going to strive to make Twisted Comix the damn funniest and insightful comic on the net and bring a lot more surprises in the near future. The redesign is coming soon and more comix on the way!
Soooo Eyeskream Webcomic Creators Group are seeking new comics to join their ranks so right now they're judging the finalists to see whos worthy of such a position. And Guess what, I'm a finalist so soon I will find out if I made it or not.
I had a new web layout for the site but because I'm not sure if I'm changing web servers yet I have postponed the change (which is very sexay). This will be like the 3rd official site redesign not counting the many other pages I made but decided to scrap.
I've also been pushing my comics out there to the world...I'm still worried that maybe I'm doing it too early. Heres some of the ads I created, I still have a lot more to go in a lot of different sizes.

My comic's art is still not as refined as it should be. Well in Twisted Comix fashion the next strip after the next one will look a lot better.
Speaking of the next comic its a special one for a very special month. Its coming out this Wednesday no matter what.
Hey people, comics coming REAL soon I promise. I just want to make them great and not just make them to make them. Quality over quantity is what I go by. I have heaps of scrap ideas that almost made it into the strips but I used my better judgement and trashed them to where they belonged. If you noticed the comics have developed tremendously since its inception but they still are not at a level I'm trying to reach. In point the comics and more are coming...just very slowly. Can't rush greatness.
Also...Whats up with those boondocks episodes not being shown on tv? They better include them in the dvd of season 2 for real. I really hope they don't pull a Dave Chappelle either and not come back next season.
For some reason, updating comics is just a hassle. Its takes like forever for me to upload a comic. I guess I should really get comics completed before the day I'm suppose to put them up. Well umm, sorry about the update today. It should be up now but I guess I might have to wait a little longer. In other news the Twisted Comix cartoons are on the way and my personal site to showcase all my work from sketches to websites. Stay up People. I know its a little slow now but things are bound to speed up.
